Note on Financial and Credit Card Data

Acumen Learning utilizes a third-party learning management system platform (Thought Industries) and secure third-party payment processors to handle all monetary transactions. Acumen Learning does not directly capture, store, or retain complete credit card numbers or billing numbers on our own servers. We may only view or retain the last 4 digits of a credit card and the card type for verification purposes.

2. How We "Sell" or "Share" Personal Information

Under the CPRA, the terms "sell" and "share" are defined broadly. "Sharing" specifically refers to disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., targeted tracking pixels).

  • We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.

  • We do "share" network identifiers and internet activity with third-party service providers (such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook, and LinkedIn) via tracking scripts to measure website performance and deliver relevant advertisements.
